Role Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Grow refrigeration sales through new channels and product development.
  • Account Management:
    • Service existing accounts and pursue new sales opportunities.
    • Assist in clearing seconds at NSW warehouses.
  • Product Knowledge and Customer Focus:
    • Educate customers on Bromic’s products and ensure satisfaction.
    • Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation.
  • Market Insights and CRM Management:
    • Provide market insights to inform strategy.
    • Manage customer relationships and quotations efficiently.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proactive, customer-focused attitude.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and adept at relationship building.
