Role Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Grow refrigeration sales through new channels and product development.
- Account Management:
- Service existing accounts and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Assist in clearing seconds at NSW warehouses.
- Product Knowledge and Customer Focus:
- Educate customers on Bromic’s products and ensure satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation.
- Market Insights and CRM Management:
- Provide market insights to inform strategy.
- Manage customer relationships and quotations efficiently.
Who We Are Looking For:
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Proactive, customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and adept at relationship building.
