Widely experienced in corporate and financial advisory, Mark is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) who has been managing the Bromic business since 1983. As Chairman, Mark’s entrepreneurial flair has assisted in the rapid growth of the company. From a business initially focused on the distribution of global OEM components in Australia, the Bromic Group has grown into one of the leading distributors of plumbing & gas products, commercial refrigeration equipment and outdoor heating products in Australia and New Zealand. With Mark’s global experience and business relationships, The Bromic Group has expanded into several continents including North America, Africa and Europe. Mark is an intrinsic part of the Bromic brand and continues to transform the Bromic Group into a globally recognised business and brand.
With strategically located resources, sales and support teams around the globe, our Corporate HQ , Bromic divisions and operational services are based at our purpose built facility in Sydney, Australia. Our core management team oversees the entire company and continues to build growth throughout the organisation.

Michael Glezerson | Director
With a Bachelor of Commerce specialising in Information Technology, Michael founded the retail chain of Technology Superstores “Connection Group” in 1989 in South Africa. In 1993 Barlow Group (BAW – JSE) acquired the Group and later sold it to JD Group (Steinhoof Group SHF – FSE). In 1998 Michael founded ozbuy.com in Australia, an online Retail Technology Superstore. In 2000 NineMSN acquired an interest in ozbuy.com. With a keen entrepreneurial eye and flair in Marketing, IT and online retail, Michael joined Bromic in 2004 as a Director. Michael oversees Bromic Refrigeration and its expansion into the equipment rental industry while also providing valuable input for the Bromic Group’s global marketing team.
Scott Smith | Managing Director
With an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Management (MBA), Scott has over 20 years experience in multiple disciplines including engineering, production, operations and sales. Scott has travelled extensively to ensure that the Bromic Group is at the forefront of engineering and product development. Scott’s responsibilities include Bromic Gas & Plumbing and Bromic Heating International, while also overseeing the company’s engineering, research and development initiatives.
