Although we operate internationally, our roots are in the local communities that are home to our customers, partners and suppliers – as well as the Bromic team and their families.
Getting involved is about collaboration and partnership – values that are part of the culture of Bromic. Our team members work together to create and participate in hands-on fundraising events that bring out the best in our team’s entrepreneurial, innovative and human spirit.
“Here to serve” is about more than business, it’s about our communities, too.
The Bromic team hold annual events to raise money towards causes we feel strongly about and making a better world for the next generation:
The origin story behind The Kids’ Cancer Project embodies the spirit that Bromic champions in business – the power of individuals to make things better – taking responsibility for effecting positive change around us.
When we started fundraising for The Kids’ Cancer Project in 2018, Col Reynolds’ inspirational story – demonstrating the difference one person can make – resonated immediately with our staff, many of whom have children of their own.
Since then, our team keeps finding creative new ways to get involved, raising over $120K to date.
We believe that our drive to make things better extends to the communities and world we live in.
We believe in giving back to our local communities in tangible ways that support those in need.
We believe that through our unique capabilities, each of us can make a real difference in someone else’s life.
With the growth of Bromic in North America, we wanted to support a similar cause, based in the United States.
Through our support of The Kids’ Cancer Project, we were introduced to St. Baldrick’s Foundation who are on a mission to “Conquer Kids’ Cancer”, filling the funding gap for medical research in childhood cancers. In our inaugural event in 2022, we raised valuable funds towards our initial goal of over $10K – investing in a better future for all of us.
As of 2024, the North America team involving both Bromic heating and Ambro Controls is commencing a new partnership with Childrens Hospital Orange County (CHOC). Our team chose this charity as the cause is close to their hearts. Creating better lives for our children. We are excited to host our inaugural event for CHOC in August 2024 in Irvine.
